The pattern contains printed paper patterns for the quilt and stocking with printed step-by-step instructions and a full sized CD with nine different Santa Machine Embroidery Applique Designs and PDF instruction for the quilt & stocking. Each Santa comes in two sizes - one for the 5x7 hoop and 6x10 hoop. Our sample quilt and stocking are embroidered with 6x10 appliqué designs from the Whimsical Santas, Old World Santas, Collectible Santas and Vintage Santas collections
