Spring Break Camp, T-Shirt Quilt!

Spend your spring break with us and make a perfect, one-of-a-kind gift! Turn that bag of old shirts in the bottom of their closest, or boxed in the attic into a keepsake showpiece. Even beginner sewists can produce amazing results in this 4-day class. The pattern features 11" square blocks, joined by 2" sashing strips. You'll machine quilt using either "stitch in the ditch" or bar tack method.

A kit with batting, fusible interfacing, and quilt basting pins is included with your purchase of this class.

For ease of construction, the backing is folded over the front for binding. We'll do one stage of the project per day so that you'll be on pace to finish your t-shirt quilt on Friday.

Day 1: Cutting and ironing

Day 2: Layout and assembly

Day 3: Assembly and quilting

Day 4: Quilting and binding

We have a morning session or an afternoon session available. Please choose 1 session, either mornings only or afternoons only. Thank you!

Please note: Due to a large amount of ironing, the class is limited to ages 12 years and older.

Also, if you're not confident with your sewing machine, please take our Machine Basics - Spring Break Camp (ONLY), offered on March 16, at 1:30 pm - 4:30 pm.
